What we do
We know how to answer the big picture questions that define your business; and have the skills to dive deep into your consumer and transaction data to build evidence for what the biggest drivers are. We typically work with multiple billion-row data sets and understand where to probe to find answers that step change business success.

Objective
We define the strategic value of your data, identifying the potential of different use cases and assessing their commercial/monetary upside
Engagement
We work closely with your senior team, wew assess the potential for a series of different cases, and understand how these fit in with the wider business priorities
Deliverables
High-level estimate of potential value for each of the short-listed initiatives, focusing on their commercial upside
Proof of
Value
Objective
Deliver analytics tools (models, dashboards, etc.) of identified use cases, allowing these to be embedded into existing business and data architectures.
Engagement
We maintain regular contact with project sponsors, ensuring ability to embed into existing architecture, while delivering its commercial imperative
Deliverables
Depending on the use case, this could vary from data platform build, ML models, dashboards or other tools
Early Implementation
Objective
Rapidly prove the value of analytics to the business by analysing a high priority opportunity in detail
Engagement
We perform ad-hoc or one-off detailed analyses, bypassing a ‘build phase’ to speed the process up, testing and iterating hypotheses as we go
Deliverables
Detailed analyses or models proving the value of the use case, as well as project report with a clear roadmap for implementation
